Step 1: Approaching

If your company is in need of Recruiting Employees, please contact Viettonkin Recruiting Team with following information.

-         Number of employees needed

-         Job Description

-         Remuneration and Allowance

-         Working Schedule

 Step 2: Receiving and confirming working contents

Viettonkin confirms receiving the enquiry and then drafting the quotation.

If Clients approve, go to next step:

Step 3: Identifying candidates

Through populous collaborators that spread over Viettonkin recruiting channels, we will choose the candidates that meet all the conditions and requirements of your company for prequalification interviews before they meet Client.

Step 4: Prequalification interviews

After shortlisting the candidates by scanning application, our experts will meet the Candidates for the face to face interview. We determine what makes the candidate the best person to employ and get a thorough understanding of the candidate’s growth expectations.

Step 4: Client interviews

The applicators that meet all requirements will be sent to Your Company for second interviews. In case, applicators don’t meet your requirements, Viettonkin will continuously choose other applicators until suitable one. In case applicator meets all requirements, two parties will conduct the following steps.

Step 5: Contract signing

After choosing a suitable applicator, Viettonkin and you will sign supplying service contract and prepare necessary procedures for staffs to begin working in your company.
